I love to ski!
\nIt’s so much fun at Copi in the sun.
\nI’ve got my jacket and my ski,
\nI am ready look at me.<\/p>\n
Boat is ready I YELL yes the rope pulls tight,
\nI’ll try my best,
\nKnees bent arms straight I am moving now this is great.<\/p>\n
I cut the water to and fro,
\nlook at me what a show.
\nMy run is over and I am done,
\nI have had so much fun.<\/p>\n
In the drop off I let go,
\nI glide in nice and slow,
\nI come to a stop and I stand up,
\nStill panting I’m out of breath,
\nI rest in the water for awhile,
\nbut on my face a big smile.<\/p>\n
I’ve done my best and I’ve had fun,
\nJust another day at COPI in the sun.<\/p>\n
I spoke to Elkie and asked her what made her want to write a poem about Copi?
\nElkie said: \u201cBecause I knew Copi a lot and I knew how to start my poem so I started writing about Skiing because I love to Ski and daddy helped to finish it\u201d.<\/p>\n
Why did you write a poem about Skiing at Copi?
\nElkie said: \u201cWe were asked by the teacher to write a poem or get a poem of the internet. So I decided to write a poem about Copi and Skiing at Copi because I love to Ski at Copi\u201d.<\/p>\n
